Airport Transfer
Airport transfers are planned with a 1-2 hour window to allow everyone to arrive to the airport based on the flight they may take. The time chosen is based on the cheapest flights for the destination on our trip day. If you are arriving at a different time, we can arrange a pickup for you for an additional fee.

Itinerary

After arriving to Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca you will be picked up* by your driven and taken to your hotel in the city.
Freshen up in your hotel for the day and visit the breathtaking Hassan II Mosque, second largest in Africa.
Overnight in Casablanca.

After breakfast, we will drive to the nearby capital of Morocco, Rabat. Here you will visit one of only two International Fair and Museum of the Prophet’s Biography and Islamic Civilization. The only other one being in Madinah.
After visiting the exhibition, you will drive by the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, Hassan Tower, and the Royal Palace. You will then get a chance to explore the historic medina of Rabat.
After exploring the medina, you will have a traditional Moroccan lunch. After lunch, you will explore the historic Kasbah of the Udayas built in the 12th century. It was used as a base for the armies headed to conquer Andalusia led by the Almohades dynasty.
You will then be on your way for Tangier. Once in Tangier, you will check in to your hotel and have the rest of the day to yourself.

After breakfast, you will start the morning with a walking tour of the Tangier medina and learn all about it’s history. Here you will see the Tangier American Legation Museum, the oldest US diplomatic property in the world. Kasbah Museum, housed in the former sultan’s palace. Grand Socco, meeting point between the old medina and newer developments. And the Tomb of Ibn Batutta.
You will end the tour by praying dhur at the beautiful Grand Mosque of Tangier.
After lunch, you will be driven to the infamous Hercules Caves, alleged to have been slept in by Hercules. You will end off the evening with sunset and maghrib at Cape Spartel.

On day 4, you will drive from Tangier to one of the most picturesque cities in the world, Chefchaouen. Also know as the Blue City. Here you will learn all about the history of the town and the reason behind its bright blue houses.
After the tour, you will have a late lunch in the city.
After lunch you will depart for Fes! Upon arrival in Fes, you will have the rest of the night to yourself.

Found in the 9th century, Morocco’s cultural and spiritual centre, one of the oldest medina in the world and an UNSECO World Heritage Site, Fes el Bali. Here you will have a tour of the narrow winding streets of this historic maze-like medina.
You will get a look into the infamous Chaouara Tanneries where authentic leather is tanned. Fes is also home to the world’s first university, Qarrawiyyin Mosque and University, established in 859 AD by Fatima al-Fihri. You will have a chance to pray here and appreciate the rich heritage of value of knowledge in Islam.
Also in the medina, Medrasa Bou Inania, built in the 14th century and the only madrasa in Morocco that also functioned as a congregational mosque.
Nejjarine Museum of Wooden Arts & Crafts, built as a caravanserai used by merchants, traders, and visitors to Fes.
Chaouwara Tanneries, one of the oldest and largest in Fes. You will get to see all kinds of leather being tanned with colourful dyes!
After the tour with your local guide, you will have a delicious lunch in the medina.
The rest of the day, you can explore the many souks selling variety of things or relax in your hotel room.

The next two days will take you on an epic journey from Fes to the desert town of Merzouga through the Atlas Mountains. You leave for Merzouga via Ifrane, where are the forests of Azrou (the largest in Morocco) where are huge trees and wild monkeys where you will have the opportunity to take pictures of the Moroccan desert. You will ride your camel to Erg Chebbi, where the silence of the desert is dominant. You will spend your night there under the stars in a nomadic traditional Berber tent.
You can get up early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise at the top of the dune in the Erg Chebbi desert. Then ride your camel to Merzouga and begin your journey to Fes through the mountains of the Middle Atlas, visiting the valley Ziz, Medilt, Azrou, and the arrival of Ifrane in the afternoon.
You will then head back to Casablanca.

On the last day, you can take some time to relax and reflect on your trip through Morocco. Visit the grand Hassan II mosque one last time before bidding farewell to Morocco.

A $99 reservation fee applies when booking a trip to confirm your spot. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. It applies towards the full price.
The full payment for the trip is due no less than 6 weeks before the departure date. This is to ensure we are able to make all the bookings for our travellers and make necessary arrangements.
Once the full payment has been made, it will be non-refundable and non-creditable. If you have any questions about other options please reach out to us to discuss what can be done. You may sell your ticket to someone else should you be able to.
Cancellations are allowed up to 8 weeks before departure. After this you will incur a fee, depending on the circumstances and we will ensure to try our utmost to keep the fee at minimal.
Once the trip starts, there will be no full/partial refunds or credits.

Pre-Trip Checklist
All travellers must ensure they check the visa & other entry requirements for their respective citizenship. Muslim Voyagers does not arrange any visas however we can provide any necessary documents should you need to apply for a visa.
We recommend you purchase travel insurance once you make your booking. This should protect you in the event of unforeseen circumstances should you be unable to travel. The medical insurance is also highly recommended in case of any unforeseen illnesses or medical emergencies on the trip. Contact us if you would like suggestions.
Tour Details
The itinerary is planned to provide a memorable experience for everyone however it remains flexible. We may need to cancel/modify certain parts of the itinerary due to extraneous circumstances out of our control
If you would not like to partake in a specific activity due to health or physical conditions, let us know and we can find a different activity for you or compensate you when possible
Information about accommodation will be provided in a guide after you have booked your spot
Solo travellers will be paired with another traveller of same gender, should you not opt for a single room. If this is not available, you will have to choose the single room option for an additional fee
